Cancellations and Returns

1. Can I cancel a confirmed order on Wood Dekor?

Our Team start processing the order as soon as they get intimation from us and hence orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled however In an unforeseen situation where you need to fully or partly cancel your order, cancellation can be done at a nominal fee to cover a portion of costs that our Team would have already incurred in processing your order.

  1. No charges: If the request is placed within 24 hours of receipt of the order
  2. Rs. 1000 if cancellation is requested after 24 hours
  3. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt of order on Wood Dekor.

2. If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can i send it back and get a refund.

Some quick things to know about return/refund:

  • Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, if the dimensions are not as described on the website +_ 1 cms.

3. Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?

We have our Reverse Pick up facilities in selected locations wherein your items can be picked up from our end and the same is absolutely free of cost. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. Spoton, Blue Dart). Shipping cost for all approved reverse pick up cases will be reimbursed to 10% of selling price or the actual cost, whichever is lower.

4. Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.

Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.

5. Why did Wood Dekor cancel my confirmed order?

  • The product is Out Of Stock.
  • Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances.

6. How much time does it take to get my Money Back?

The refunds (or money back) are processed within 24 hours after the return claim is accepted by us. All refunds processed by us are credited back through the original mode of payment used by the customer. Depending on the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 3-7 working days to credit the amount to My Account.

7. What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

If you Found that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

8. What if the product has missing parts or defects?

If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
